Yes. Palm Breeze Cleaning is licensed and insured. We are not bonded. If your property manager or HOA needs documentation on file, we're glad to provide it.
No. Many of our clients give us access and come home to a finished space. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too — we'll work around you.
Yes, everything is included — supplies, equipment, and products. If you'd prefer we use something specific of your own, just leave it out and let us know.
Yes. We use non-toxic products that are safe for your family, your pets, and your guests. It's why we're comfortable in preschools and vacation rentals alike.
For recurring clients, yes. We keep the same team on your property so your preferences don't have to be relearned every visit.
A standard clean covers our regular checklist — kitchens, baths, floors, dusting, trash, and beds. A deep clean adds cabinets inside and out, blinds, window sills and glass, baseboards, air returns, ceiling fans, and inside the oven and refrigerator.
First visits, move-ins, and post-construction jobs usually need a deep clean to start.
Yes — front and back of house. We've handled dining rooms, kitchens, and restrooms for Siesta Key restaurants, and we build the schedule around your service hours.
No. Recurring service can be paused or canceled at any time. We'd rather earn the next visit than lock you into one.
Vacation rental turnovers start at $120. Everything else is quoted after a free walkthrough, based on the size and condition of the space. You'll get a flat price in writing before we start — no hourly surprises.
We serve Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, St. Armands, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, University Park, and Palmer Ranch. If you're just outside that, ask — if we can't take it, we'll tell you straight.
