We recently bought a home in Sarasota and noticed soon after closing that it was going to need work before we moved in, which meant in addition to the condition it was left in from prior residents, there would also be construction dust to contend with. We really wanted to focus on coordinating moving efforts, so my real estate agent suggested Palm Breeze Cleaning to take care of getting our home move-in ready.

I worked with Amy, who was communicative, professional, and friendly during our interactions, and was able to accommodate a schedule change when a snag in our contracting timeline created a delay right at the last minute. I gave her the task of a move-in clean, plus some additional items I noticed needed some extra attention while doing some demo work in the house (blinds, windows/sills, taking off toilet seats to clean underneath). In addition, we're planning on attempting to bond some pets so having a neutral, clean space was crucial since the prior owners had a dog.

This place was immaculate. They got all the latex paint water residue off the sink and windows in the kitchen, all the dust and dirt was gone from the blinds and window sills, all the build up gone from every air return and fan, and the floor looked fantastic (we had new floors put in and they're known to be hard to clean), all using pet-safe cleaning solutions to keep our furry friends in mind.

Being able to hand off this task to such a capable team was a HUGE relief. I'm a stickler for clean, so the fact that it met my standards is a big deal. I'm so grateful for Amy and her crew at Palm Breeze Cleaning for helping to make moving day just a little less stressful. Literally, a breeze.
